Estimated mean time value for each individual refers to the time taken to traverse 50 m of the LULC category at 8 p.m. Arrows indicate how selection strength is likely to change with increasing temperatures, connecting selection strength values at the mean temperature (25 °C; solid circles) and at 1.5 standard deviation above the mean (32 °C; open circles). The dashed vertical line represents the mean of the time estimates to traverse all LULC categories, whereas the dashed horizontal line represents the selection strength for grasslands (the baseline LULC category)
